I rather enjoy new media and web issues, so I really have no choice but to blog. Sometimes I believe that my ideas mean something; other times, they just make me sad. I have been using the one sentence description recently about being “Remarkably mundane with bursts of genius overshadowed by the urge to nap,” but I am not feeling that this captures my current essence. I may need to create a new tagline…
I live an extraordinary life of international intrigue and danger that I share with my lovely, brilliant bride and our jet-setting entourage comprised of an awful cat and a nice dog that we found having a pleasant, broken-legged walkabout on the freeway.
I enjoy data, semantics, epistemology, comics, sci-fi and fine literature and cinema (oh, and video games, I mustn’t forget). I waste away my weekends by touring the wide array of microbreweries and wineries that dot the scenic vistas of the bay area. I rather enjoy taking a photograph of random things while on any of these jaunts.
