Pantsless, Intoxicated Woman Wandering in the Street Lies to Cops – Twice!

I was lucky enough to be in traffic court today to come across this hilarious bad “crime” in the Alameda Journal:

UNDER THE INFLUENCE — A woman who a patrol officer found not wearing pants in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue admitted she had taken Vicodin and Ecstasy a short time earlier, police said. The woman, 32, who police arrested shortly after midnight, also allegedly showed signs of being under the influence, including sweating profusely and having rapid speech. The woman was lying across a car and told the officer that she knew its owner and that her pants were being washed. Both statements were not true, police said.

I love that the cops took the extra time to disprove both of her stories…
